User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the company PROXYLEET, within the provision of proxy service.
1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer and takes effect from the moment the proxy service is used.
1.2. Upon registration on the website and using the services, the User agrees to familiarize themselves with this Agreement and accept its terms.
2. Description of Services

2.1. We provide proxies for specific tasks and services, including, but not limited to, proxies for Telegram, Avito, as well as server, public, and mobile proxies from almost all countries around the world.
2.2. Types of proxies include server and mobile (HTTP/S, SOCKS5), as well as public proxies gathered by automated software.
2.3. All proxies are tested based on parameters (HTTP/S, SOCKS4/5), including anonymity levels (transparent, anonymous, elite).
3. Prohibited Actions

The User is prohibited from using the proxy service for the following actions:
3.1. Port scanning, website hacking, vulnerability searching.
3.2. Password guessing, using accounts that do not belong to the User.
3.3. Spam in any form (forums, blogs, guestbooks, etc.), actions that may result in IP addresses being blacklisted (BlockList.de, SpamHaus, etc.).
3.4. Downloading and transmitting large files, including using torrent networks.
3.5. Distribution of malicious software, using means to siphon traffic and resell it.
3.6. Violating the laws of the country where the used server is located.
3.7. Fraud, defamation, threats, deception, and insults.
The User bears full responsibility for violating the aforementioned rules and is subject to administrative and criminal liability for their actions.
4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

4.1. Payment for public proxies is subscription-based and grants access to an up-to-date list of available proxies.
4.2. Server and mobile proxies are sold individually.
4.3. The User is entitled to a full refund within 2 hours of payment, regardless of the reason for the refund.
5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The service owner is not responsible for the use of the proxy service for purposes that violate the laws of the Russian Federation.
5.2. In the event of illegal actions, the User bears full responsibility for all consequences of such actions.
5.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the proxy service, but in the event of malfunctions or issues with proxies, the service is obliged to replace them upon confirmation of the malfunction.
6. Technical Support

6.1. We provide technical support from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Moscow time) on business days.
6.2. Night support is available but responses may be delayed.
7. Proxy Geography

7.1. We provide proxies from most countries around the world.
7.2. The User can choose multiple subnets from various proxy providers.
8. Personal Data

8.1. We collect and process the following personal data: email, IP address, payment information.
8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
8.3. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data by filling out the registration form on the website and using the service.
9. Other Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice to the User. The amended version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.
9.2. Questions and disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the service are resolved through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the court at the location of the service owner.
10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
10.2. The User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

This Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data of users collected through the use of the PROXYLEET website and proxy services.

1.2. By using the PROXYLEET website and services, the user agrees to the terms of this Policy and consents to the processing of their personal data.
2. Composition of Personal Data
